blog-in-the-round: where will i be in 20 years

edited because i don't want to look like a lady robot in the future

what i will look like:

what april wil look like:

what i will drive:

where i will live:

this is the brave new world to which we are headed.

authors note: if republicans stay in charge and we continue to fawn over paris hilton and britney spears, then i am sure the world will be neither new nor brave. if this is the way we go, the future i see involves more reality TV and major advancements being made only in the field of porn distribution. please choose wisely.

"if the republicans stay in charge" You actually have that much faith the dems could do any better? Every time I vote I feel like it's similar to choosing whether I'd prefer to have my arm or leg amputated.

The problem with democracy is it's a crappy, broken system that doesn't really work, but it's so much better than any other system out there it's not even funny.

I'm glad, at least, you'll no longer look like a chick in the future.

i love comments. you can go from snarkiness about robot lips to scathing remarks about democracy. fun.

and, no, i am not sure the democrats could do better, but i think that the rise of reality tv and the last 8 years of a republican white house are not a coincidence.

yes, i said it. i blame george w bush for " dancing with the stars."

I used to think people were being stupid for blaming Dubbya for everything. Now I don't think we blame him for enough. :-)

what do republicans have to do w/"dancing w/the stars"?

just wondering

dancing with the stars is part of a republican conspiracy that involves all reality tv shows, specifically those hosted by joe rogan. this conspiracy is to dumb us down so that we are numb to paying 8 bucks for gas.

plus, who cares about the war when the battle of the davids on american idol was in full swing.

i thought everyone knew about this.
